At PPCo, we’re all about community. Beyond our commitment to our community of authors and staff, we feel strongly about giving back to the broader community. So we’ve come up with two different ways to support community non-profits.
1. Publish Your Own Book
It can tell the story of your organization, it can be a collection of stories about the work you do, it can be a fictional book that touches on issues related to your organization…or really, whatever you think will raise you some money!
You create the manuscript and the cover (although we can offer help and resources if you need it.)
We’ll publish it as an e-book on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. And if you want a hard copy book as well, we can do that too!
And BOOM – whose got a new & unique fundraiser? You do.
No up-front costs and you receive 80% of the revenue.
We’ll list your book on our website with a link to your organization’s home page and a link to purchase the book to help you with marketing.
If you want some help putting together your book or marketing it, we offer a variety of low cost workshops and resources covering everything from how to create content, to editing, to basic graphic design, and marketing your book. (All workshops and consulting are completely optional, and are not required for us publish your book.) Fill out the form below to receive more information on workshops.
2. Become a Featured Non-Profit
Every month we’ll pick one non-profit from anywhere in the country to be our featured non-profit. You’ll pick a book from our catalog to be “your” book for the month and Possibilities Publishing will donate 50% of our profit from all sales of that book to your organization. ANDiIf you’re a non-profit we’ve published a book with, then we’ll donate 100% of the proceeds to your organization.
